Town of Qualicum Beach seeks $1.25M grant to build temporary housing units

Qualicum Beach Affordable Housing Project Update

The Qualicum Parksville Kiwanis Housing Society is pleased to work with the Community on a much-needed housing project in our Community. We believe our proposed development, The Residences at Qualicum Station, located in the Town of Qualicum Beach align with the need for safe and affordable housing in our town. Qualicum Beach Council gets first look at plans for affordable housing project

The Qualicum-Parksville Kiwanis Housing Society proposes a 56-unit multi-residential development on the town-owned land. They have leased the property for 60 years. Qualicum Beach council looks to solve area’s cold-weather shelter problem
